We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at titiusivie@gmail.com. to receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear and sleepwear.
Exchanges (Not Accepted)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you on the same day we receive your return in the mail, then you’ll immediately be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Normally it takes 3 to 5 business days.
Our policy lasts 30 days after an item has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by SINCE YOU RECIEVED your item, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. TRP does not do exchanges.
Please pay attention to all size charts where available in product descriptions. If the buyer orders a small, but needed an extra small or medium, then this error is on the customer and the customer must return the item and purchase it again in the correct size (this only applies to custom-made TRP products).
If you order the wrong size, then you must return the item to us (not to the Print-on-Demand provider that made it) and we will refund you. An address will be provided when needed.
To be eligible for a return:
1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) TRP will not accept returned Print-on-Demand items if: Any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery date (not the purchase date). If the item was misprinted or damaged during shipping, you will NOT need to return the item.
3) For general products (non TRP custom products) there are no refunds unless:
a) you were sent the wrong item or size
b) the item is damaged or defected
4) To start the return process, proof (a picture) of the issue (wrong design/bad print) should be emailed to titiusivie@gmail.com to determine if you need to return it. Once your return is received (if necessary to return it), an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item has been received. You can and will be refunded in full even if you decide you just don't like the design up close and personal (this only applies to TRP custom products).
TRP offers a 30-day return policy for all products ordered on our site. This means we guarantee to accept returns up to 30 days AFTER the product has been received by the customer if you decide you dont want it. To return your product, you should mail it to us. At this time, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item that costs $50+, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since TRP can not guarantee we will receive the item you returned/sent to us. Its always good to get tracking info, as this way you can confirm via screenshot that the package you sent was in fact returned/delivered to the TRP Return Address provided to you by email.

We DO NOT allow free returns for certain circumstances:
①Once we receive the shipping confirmation from the customer and the order has been shipped out and is in transit via trucking service, any cancellation requests will not be allowed.
②Returns based on the customer’s personal preference and feelings will not be free of charge.
